Doctor and nurses are fabulous! They are kind, helpful, empathetic, and such a blessing to have through the walk of infertility and becoming pregnant.

Great bedside manners. Attention to detail is spot on. I have always felt heard with my concerns. Nurses are very kind and took real good care of me. They were very prompt in responding back to me. The doctor and his team were always ready to address my needs. I have received the results in time and the notes from nurses to take medication is always prompt and clear. Overall, this team rocks. I would recommend them with out a second thought.

Dr. Kim was always very patient with me and all the 500 questions I would ask him at each appointment. After suffering a miscarriage at 13 weeks he kept an optimistic outlook at each appointment and instead of recommending the most expensive route (IVF) straight away he talked us through our options and his hopeful insight on our historical data (1 successful pregnancy - 2.5 year old daughter) and felt encouraged to attempt IUI before moving to IVF.

Dr. Kim and his staff are wonderful. They are quick to answer questions and give you all the information you need to feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend all of them to anyone struggling to have a baby.

Everyone has always been so kind and joyful here at HFI. Dr.Kim is both informative and calm during every step of the process.

Dr.Kim and all the staff have been amazing from the first appt to the last. Smiles when you come to the office, quick responses to questions and always nice on the phone. I never felt rushed or hurried. Dr.Kim always took my pain tolerance into consideration when scheduling procedures and kept us over informed on everything which put us at ease.

I have been coming to Dr Kim at Katy for 3 years and have always appreciated the patience and kindness that was shown to me and my family. After 3 frozen embryo transfers I have an amazing 16 month old baby girl and am currently pregnant with another! I have been through numerous procedures and tests and been poked and prodded more than any woman wants to be but it's been 100 percent worth it!

Doctor Kim is amazing! We did two IUI's before jumping forward and doing IVF. He was great with walking us through everything and making us feel prepared and comfortable. We are now 9 weeks pregnant from our first FET and are so thankful!

They were always available when I needed them even on the weekends, they have a 24 hour on call Dr. After we discovered our infertility struggle, we are now finally blessed with 2 babies on the way! I cannot thank Dr. Kim and his staff for everything they have done for us. They will give you hope, even when you feel the most hopeless. They truly work miracles and would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with infertility.

Dr Kim and staff are very thorough and professional. Compassion and understanding was shown when required . The process was explained thoroughly, staff was courteous and proactive in providing feedback and advice. Throughout my visits I have no complaints. Highly recommend.
