Simply the best experience that I have had at the Optometrist. Fantastic, incredible staff: Lori, Yubi, Shirley, and Dr. Yankelove! I will never go anywhere else. I am a patient/client for life. Thank you, ladies for your care and attention, and thank you, Dr. Yankelove for your expertise and care in service. The best!

Everyone was super friendly especially the Dr’s assistant ( Brittany). Dr Brumbelow explained everything in terms I could understand and was very personable. I would certainly refer people to theHuntsville location.

I found out I had cataracts & glaucoma in 2006 and began my experience with Dr. Shrum. He did my cataract surgeries in 2006 and he has kept my glaucoma under control since. He's the best and I wouldn't trade him. My visit on 1/5/2019 was very satisfactory. Everyone at the office is friendly. fantastic.. for another doctor...

Though I like the doctors and the exam part of the business, I won't every deal with their optical department again. I've left multiple messages for them and 1/5 may get returned. This is very inconvenient when I'm trying to get contacts before I'm completely out!! and just bad service and incomprehensible to me that a business can be run this way. I work in sales/customer service and I'd be fired if I ran mine like that. I called one day 4 times and asked to speak to a person rather than be put in Vmail and they still said they'd have to have someone call me-which never happened!!! From now on, I'm getting my RX and going somewhere else.

My experience at Berkeley was stress free. I did not have to wait to be seen. All staff members were caring courteous and professional. After the examination the help selecting the right pair of glasses was outstanding. I selected a great pair of glasses at a fair price. I'd definitely recommend Memorial Berkeley Eye Center to friends and relatives.

Today was my first visit. I am so excited to find a Doctor who is so thorough and nice. The staff is very professional and so easy to work with. I would recommend the Katy Berkeley office to everyone (and I have.)

My appointment was lost in the system, but the front desk was competent and friendly, and they were able to squeeze me in with Dr. Bertrand. I told her I wore my contacts for one month periods, and she informed me my contacts were actually two-week sets. She took the time to make sure I had not damaged my eyes from wearing contacts two weeks past their expiration. Dr. Bertrand is very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely visit again.

BEC Katy is great. Dr. Doe and Dr. Garrett are great and take time to discuss your eye issues with you. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional and I am always advised if I have any eye issues to please call them. I can't imagine going any place else for my eye care.

It is always a good experience going to Berkeley Eye Center for an eye check-up. The staff are always warm, friendly and accommodating and so is Dr Garreth who is my eye doctor. The reading glass prescribed always fit right for my eyes and the quality exceeds my expectation. I would never look for another eye clinic. I took my 94 year old father to see Dr. Doe for his second cataract surgery. Dr. Doe was very pleasant and even prayed with my father before the surgery. He did a fantastic job, and my dad's vision is so much better. Janice was very courteous and treated my father with respect and took the time to answer all our questions before and after the surgery. Dr. Conseco who performed my dad's post surgery check -up was amazing. She has a very friendly attitude and gave my father the "royal treatment". Yvonne and Janet in the Optical department helped my dad get reading glasses and they both did a fantastic job. I was so impressed with the attention they gave my dad, that I recently took my eye glass prescription that I got at Vision Works to them for my new eye glasses! I would definitely recommend the BEC Katy office for anyone who needs cataract surgery, LASIK, eye exams or glasses.

In one word AMAZING! Everyone from the front desk staff, the prep nurse, Dr. Garrett, his assistant, to the Optician that helped me chose my frames, just AMAZING! I’ve used glasses for the past 18 yrs and tried to use contacts (with no success) for the same amount. I had both my eye exam for glasses and contacts; I had never had such a thorough and detailed eye exam, the best! He supplied me with contacts and I saw perfectly and didn’t feel the contacts in my eye at all. Upon fitting in my contact I was moved to the optical to make my final choice of frames and sunglasses (which the Optician had already started helping me before I even went in to the eye exams). Not only did she help me chose the frames, but she took the time to crunch numbers to see how to best submit to my insurance to get the best deal (as I was buying eye glasses, prescription sunglasses and contacts) and she provided me with a mail-in rebate that SHE was so kind enough to keep and mail in for me. All around just an amazing, great, pleasing experience. Thank you Berkley Eye Center-Katy, you will have many referrals from me ?

The people make the experience at the Katy location a 5 start rating. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional yet so friendly. They answer questions, explain insurance benefits and even help you pick out the best frames with patience that is admirable!

Very friendly and professional staff. For the first time, my 8 year old felt relaxed after her eye exam.

I loved that I did not have to wait for the room pre-exam nor for the Doctor herself! I can see perfect!! AWESOME
