Overall

As soon as I got there someone was there to meet me at the service drive thru. Took my car back called me lunch told me what I needed had it fixed and ready in the evening. Awesome customer service very helpful. Dawn in service helped me and she was so nice! Will only take my Jeep there from here on out!

Eddie Bartlett and Brian Johnson were amazing to work with! Everyone I encountered during my deal was nice, helpful and compassionate. They were not pushy or aggressive, they made sure I was happy with my purchase the whole step of the way! I WILL recommend this dealership to anyone I can!

Buyer BEWARE, The management and sales staff will tell you anything to make a sale even if they know it is not true or possible....I ordered an new dodge 3500 Ram truck to pull a 40' fifth wheel.....I had to have it no later than May 1st 2013 to make it available for a bid vacation that could not be changed.......I was told that was absolutely no problem to have time to put a thousand miles on truck prior to pulling a large 5th wheel....The truck doesn't come....Ask the truck manager about the delivery date and he said "They can't deliver that truck that quickly"...I asked for my Deposit back and was basically told,"We are not refunding the deposit for any reason".

Even though we could not deliver when promised......



Think twice about buying even a hubcap from these unethical people.also posted on United Airline blog.

Beware!!! Very unorganized operation when dealing with Customer Service/Sales/Finance. I do not recommend this dealership because of there "integrity issues" within "Allen-Samuels-Dodge-Chry-Jeep-Katy" staff/employees, who mislead/falsehood of an Active Duty Military customer. Of my personal opinion, the trust of this dealership is in question? In which, it may indicate "a lack of integrity" to all it's customers!!! This was my first-time experience to which I will like to share...



Remarks: During my "Purchase Agreement" of Jeep Commander 2008: I had experience an "Breach of Contract" from ("Allen-Samuel-Dodge-Katy", 21777 Katy Freeway Katy, TX)



The contract agreement was of: "We Owe back" to customer for the buyers contract...neverthless, the dealership was paid in full amount of the total "Bill of Sale", as promised by customer and by a "cleared bank check" for the purchase of the vehicle.



However, I was promised by "Allen-Samuels-Dodge-Chry-Jeep-Katy" that an "OVERNIGHT check of $1322.00" for the jeep accessories to which was incorporated within the "Bill of Sale"/apart of my military loan, would be refunded back to me, since the dealership was not able to provide that service.



Although, I called several times and sent electronic emails and yet...after 30-days of purchase, I was verbally promised again from the "Dealership Accounting, Finance, Sales offices" that an "OVERNIGHT check" had/would been mailed to me. I was not provided any mailing tracking number?



As of today, I still have not received any "WE Owe back" to customer of the OVERNIGHT check for $1322.00, as promised???



In conclusion, of my personal opinion, the trust of this dealership is in question? In which, it may indicate "a lack of integrity" to all it's customers!!! The reflections of my first-time experience may happen to you and so, if you have a choice, choose another option.

They did good work BUT it cost us more money than we expected because they took 4 days longer to repair the damage. We have used another body shop in the past and will probably use that one again in the future.
