        Overall

        Despite incredible knowledge of the area and a thriving business, I would proceed with extreme caution. I highly recommend interviewing other realtors before committing to this individual/business. His bottom line is all he is concerned about in transaction and will not come close to going the extra professional mile. Again, PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
