Bow Wag Kennels

Our dog swallowed a complete dish towel while at Bow Wag. Their defense was that it must have gotten stuck to a blanket they put in the cage. That is no excuse. They were responsible for our dog while in their care. If they wash dish towels with the dog blankets then they should be sure nothing is attached to the blanket before putting in with the dogs. Our dog could have died from swallowing the towel. Our dog coughed it back up few days later. We are fortunate she didn't choke and die. They never apologize for what happened and were very defensive and didn't even seem to care.

I can't say it was a bad expierece for my dog, but for me, it didn't make me want to go back. The owner was very rude, short, and seemed like she didn't want to be there. I hope the staff does'nt look to her as a role model.
