DON'T DO IT!!!

You think you're saving a little money by going with this company, but you're in for nothing but problems! They sold me a control panel for an above ground pool, when I paid for and they installed an "in ground" one. The heater I bought new at the time of purchase had replacement parts in it. The fence I paid for when they installed the pool began to lean within weeks and they never fixed it. The costly pool cleaner was toast after 1 year and now my liner has water between it and the shell. They'll be pretty attentive until you have paid in full, but forget it when you begin to see the results of what's been done wrong. You aren't saving money........ go with an installer who stands behind their products and work and it's NOT these guys!

They installed our first and last inground pool. Everything about our pool was incorrectly installed. The liner started falling down the first year because it was too small for the pool. The concrete was sloped toward the pool, so any time it rained our pool would overflow. The eletrical system was a mess. It was an expensive mess and forever made me afraid to get any other pool. There are some good companies out there but this is not one of them.

Our problems began with this business shortly after signing the contract. They told us everything would be complete within 30 days. It actually took over 6 months. If you are not willing to call and ask if they are coming out then they will not. Unfortunately this was just the beginning.

It has been over a year and we have still not had work completed properly. Our liner is discolored and has been since shortly after install. They initially said they would replace it but kept putting us off. They now refuse to replace even though it is under warranty. Also, the concrete around the pool was not done correctly. Half of it is good and half is discolored with spider web cracks throughout. It is also flaking away. According to a licensed contractor, that came to give his expert opinion, they used too much calcium when mixing the concrete to try to finish faster. Higher levels of calcium makes concrete set up faster. The last issue is the light in the pool. It too went out shortly after install and they refuse to replace it as well.

I have called and tried to get them to come out and do work but the owner is very rude and verbally abusive. Stay away from this company as we have now found out about many others who have similar problems with them. They are not professional and will not stand behind products.

This company will get your pool in right away but do not follow up with problems, leaks, etc.. When you ask them to come look at a problem, they say, "We'll send someone to look at it tomorrow", yet it may take 3 weeks and several calls later. Found lots of beer cans on the job as well. Would not recommend.
