All About Moving & Storage

Pros: -Professional moving staff. -Did not damage my furniture or home. Cons: -Brought 3 men instead of my requested 2 men and a truck, and charged me for 3 instead of 2. Said it saved me money even though I paid for more men because they worked faster with 3. I would've appreciated if they asked me first. -I told the movers that my driveway was steep. They tried to get the Uhaul up it and scraped the driveway (not a big deal as the previously owner had scratched it once as well). -When they couldn't get the Uhaul up the driveway, I was given two options. 1. They could unload my furniture on the street for me, or 2. They could get their boss, then go get a pickup truck to shuttle everything up the driveway for $150, plus time spent doing all of that. Since it was about to rain I did not want my furniture sitting on the street with me having to figure out how to get it up the driveway and into my house. -With the added man, shuttle fee, etc. I spent double what I expected. -4 hour min
