First and last time doing business with them.$28,000 worth of tile.The initial salesperson we had was nice and co-operative.She left and the person who stepped in was from an out of town office ,busy,somewhat demanding with an attitude of not caring.She then left to go on vacation and the next person was even worst.Required 50%deposit to place the order, which was paid.When it started coming in, they refused to release it to my installer until the whole order was paid for even though they only had a partial (less than what I had already paid for).When they finally agreed to release some of the tile,after getting another check,they delayed the release because the salesperson had to "go into a meeting."That caused a delay in construction.In other words, they didn't really care.I develop townhouses and condos and my contractor builds high end homes
