Dr. Computer

Once again, Tina and David came to my rescue after scammers locked my computer and got into my bank account. They immediately got me back up and running again and helped me change passwords and all that I needed to secure my computer and bank accounts. Thanks for being there for me!

My computer had me in a frazzle. I took it to Dr. Computer and she fixed it and explained what she had done. It was also explained how to deal with problems . I highly recommend this business, they give you very professional service for a reasonable price.

Fixed me up for the right price. My laptop was so infected that it was not usable. They cleaned all the viruses off it, and added more memory to speed it up, for less than $100. My laptop is now really fast! They made sure all my questions were answered before adding the memory to it. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with Doctor Computer and will use them from now on for all my computer problems.

I had 3 laptops that were not working. #1 would not get online, #2 had a broken power jack where the charger cord plugs into the laptop, and #3 had a broken display from being stepped on. I called other computer repair businesses in the area on all 3 and was told one of two things: they either quoted a price comparable to the cost of a new laptop to repair just one of them, or they told me it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop than to fix them. Then, I found Doctor Computer. David told me to bring them by so he could look at them. He called me within 24 hours telling me #1 was fixed and ready to be picked up. Within 24 hours after that, he called to tell me #2 was repaired and ready to go. Within 2 days I had 2 of my 3 laptops fixed for $160. He told me that #3 can be repaired for less than $150 but he had to order a new display for it. I was so happy with the results so far that I told him to order it. Five days later he called and told me laptop #3 was ready to be picked up for $125. ALL 3 LAPTOPS WERE REPAIRED FOR LESS THAN THE COST OF BUYING ONE REPLACEMENT LAPTOP LIKE ALL THE OTHER REPAIR PLACES SUGGESTED! Doctor Computer will keep my business for as long as I own a computer. Highly, highly, highly recommend calling David and Tina at Doctor Computer!

I called David at Dr Computer at about 9:30 in the morning. He met me at work, picked up my laptop (that I was about to throw out due to viruses), and returned it to me the very next day (also meeting me at work) completely free of viruses and fully functional. He even cleaned the gunk off the mouse touchpad thing and the display. I had dealt with The Geek Squad before and they would've probably charged me $250-$350 for the same deal. David charged me $140 to pick up my laptop, fix it, and return it to me. Excellent service and he was very professional. I will definitely use Dr Computer in the future and recommend them to anyone in the Knoxville-to-Morristown area.
