Jacksonville Water Works

I understand their so small town water company but only giving a customer once a year a small extention on their bill, smh. And another thing, they shut ur water off even if u only owe such a small amount. Usually utility company's only cut services off if the bill owed is a high amount, not when its only like $65.00 bucks or less, geez. SMH
