My family has been using Ingleside Auto for a few years now and we are completely satisfied with their service! They go above and beyond to do whatever they can - from calling GM to verify warranty coverage to delivering my car when I couldn't find child care. I would recommend them to anyone. Finally an honest, fair-priced auto mechanic!!

I have used Jerry for many years. At the old shop they did much better work but now the quality of the service guys has dropped tremendously. I hate to see such a nice family experience this but if you don't hire the right guys, things go wrong. I'm sure they want to keep lower labor costs to keep their prices down but I would definately pay more to have the job done right the first time.

My neighbors that use to go there have also switched to other auto repair places because of the exact same issues. We have all had to take our vehicles back, sometimes several times, for the exact same problem that was not correctly fixed the first time. Some people were then charged more money.

I hope they get some better experienced mechanics soon, I would like to use them again. Maybe they are too busy and all the checks and balances have been lost in order to speed up the turnover, or maybe the guys just don't care enough to do it right the first time. I truely hope they can fix this serious issue and be very successful in the future. Good Luck!

This is another outstanding gem in our area. They repair what is broken, and will alert you of any other repairs that may be needed in the future. And, if you don't need the repair, they will tell you, and then give you an approximate time that the vehicle will need to be serviced.



There is no pressure here, they don't sneak in any hidden charges, and they really do just the work that is needed! Their repair prices are very reasonable, and you don't ever feel like you have been taken advantaged of. Their tire prices are also very reasonable too.



Jerry and his crew are a very professional group, and treat you with respect, and will explain to you, if there is something that you don't understand. Their service is fast and efficient, and they really do want you to come back as a satisfied customer, and that's why they do the job right the first time!
