Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies

Store # 1005- Willowbrook and 249 has one of the rudest young managers that apparently was promoted to manager recently. Instead of listening to a customer, she kept cutting me off when I suggested leslie prices were higher than they had been, when the store was wharehouse pools. As I talk she kept TRYING TO OVER TALK ME, s I guessed she has just got out of training and while paying attention to the logistics of products she completely overlooked customer service. I went in there to purchase about 50.00 -100.00 of product for my pool to get through the remainder of the winter, but by the time I perceived what type of person she was, I got a free water test and purchase nothing. I will go to Texsun Pools from now on....I had been coming to the store over over 8 years and I have seen employees come and go. Little does she realize, when employees leave and I see them somewhere else, they share with me how I can get the same products that I was getting from leslie pools out of walmart!

BEWARE!!!! Their chemicals aren't strong enough to work ... You will need to go back and back again and spend lots of $$$ ... Try a different place... They told us that certain chemicals were out of whack and once we got that done and went for more FREE water analysts... We needed different things.... We finally had a pool guy come out and he said EVERYTHING was off and that Leslie's does this to a lot of ppl... So just BEWARE.... Nice staff but tooooo expensive....
