Renee was the Technician, (im probably not spelling his name right) he went above and beyond today. Renee and the company he works for, will keep my business.

My service tech, Jimmy, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I have a little HVAC background and he was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Don't call them. They came to my house to fix my A/C unit which was humming but not blowing out cold air. I had a coupon for $20 off service call (normally $89). The tech, Paul, said that our contactor switch needed to be replaced and the part cost $189. Of course that sounded very expensive to me but since I was unsure about whether my husband could find and install the part, I asked Paul to do it. But as he was doing it, I called American Appliance Parts Inc. in Hurst, Tx. They said they had the part and charged about half of what contractors charge. Then I called my husband who had bought a part from them and asked me to confirm with Paul that it indeed was the correct part. We needed a confirmation because once my husband installed it, it was no longer refundable at the store. Paul said it was the correct part so I asked him to stop the installation and that my husband would install the part that he bought, which only cost him $35.



Also, before I showed Paul that my husband had bought the part but after I spoke to someone at the A/C parts store, Paul told me that the part could not be bought by someone who is not HVAC-licensed.



I gave them a one-star review for the mere fact that they put a coupon in the Hurst business guide and accepted it.
