Safe-Dry® Carpet Cleaning of Huntsville

We had carpet and rugs cleaned and they both turned out great! We had never used the safe dry carpet cleaning process before but its so convenient and easy opposed to waiting for the carpet to dry. A+ from start to finish for professionalism and quality of work.

I am pleased with the work they do but very displeased with the company and their bait and switch tactics. I was called because they have cleaned my carpets previously and they had my file. They called and said they were offering a spring special and as a customer of theirs they quoted a price...I agreed. Set up appt. for 3pm, they called and said they were on their way at 9am. I couldn't accommodate this time change and made another appt for 1pm on a different day.

They called to say they were going to be late...2 hours later they came. Inconvenient yes but I understand sometimes this can happen. Long story short they said the job would be $160.00 more than what was quoted to me. In speaking with the manager, he blamed the person who called me initially, and said she was fired. Very doubtful. He wanted to negotiate a price that was still over 100.00 more than quoted. His technician, Graham, was professional, sympathetic, helpful and courteous.

I agreed to a price as at that point I had my house arranged and ready for carpets to be cleaned.

I am pleased with the job that was done but as I stated, I am very displeased with the ethics of the company. However, Graham the technician was excellent.

Had them clean my home over the weekend, and this company is like a breathe of fresh air. Had another company Oxi Fresh come out and quoted me $600 to have my carpets cleaned and Safe-Dry only charged me $200! Carpets look great!

Not the cheapest company in town, but my carpets look like the day we had them installed! Dog odor is gone and it just makes you feel so much better knowing things are clean.

Service was great and my carpets look better than ever. Like that they use safe solutions.

I get their coupon in the mail all the time so I figured I would give them a try. I'm glad I did because my carpets look great and the guy was very nice and easy to work with.
