B-Mar Poodle Palace

I'm beyond disappointed with an experience we had today. We dropped Bailey off and then got wrapped in our day. At 3:18, I got a text from there asking me to pick up Bailey- that she was suppose to close at 3pm! Well- unfortunately we totally forgot! We were so busy and lost track of time! I was clear across town at the time, and when I got ahold of Chris he was leaving right then to get him. He picked up Bailey at 4pm, and apologized several times for any inconvenience! Poor Bailey was shaking like a leaf! Chris said he was so scared!! ����Well this is not him!! He never shakes!!The lady then charged Chris and extra 20.00 and told him maybe next time they would be on the same page for pickup time. ����
This is the FIRST time we have ever been late to pickup Bailey, in over 3years! And worse- I must have sent her at least 10 referrals in the last few years! I'm so mad, and so sad for Bailey.
My concern lies in the full refund- why would you refund me if you didn't do something WRONG
