I totally “stepped out of my box” by going from SC to Huntersville, NC (Yes! Up rt.77) for Dr. Cook and his staff! It was WELL WORTH my efforts and time! Dr. Cook is truly an excellent surgeon and very perceptive in his knowledge of correct procedures for a beautiful outcome! I could not be happier with my new look and how I was cared for by Dr. Cook and his staff!! Should opportunity present itself to me, for more improvements, Pure Facial Plastics, Dr Cook and his staff are definitely FIRST CLASS, FIRST CHOICE and MORE than TRUSTWORTHY in my book!!!

I have been using Dr. Cook's services for a long time now and I just adore him and his wonderful staff! They are always super friendly.. compassionate and very accommodating whether on the phone scheduling or in person in the office and they offer a wide variety of aesthetic.. cosmetic and surgical services for men and women of all ages. My wait is always minimal and I have never had anything short of a relaxed and personalized experience that makes me feel welcome.. cared about and very comfortable. It's quite a distance to the Pure office in Huntersville from where I live in South Charlotte but I wouldn't even dream of switching for a closer more convenient location.They are so worth the time.. distance and investment! Go see for yourself... you'll be impressed!

I had an upper eyelid procedure as well as a neck lift with Dr. Cook and I was pleased with both procedures. All of my questions and concerns were addressed during the consultation. Additionally, I phoned with other questions before my appointment and the calls were returned promptly with answers. Dr. Cook phoned me the day after the procedures to check on my progress and even went so far as to come to the office on Christmas Eve Day to address a concern of mine (the office was normally closed). The staff was very courteous and professional and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Cook and his staff without hesitation.
