Economy Dentures

This is factory. While the area seemed somewhat clean it was not as I would expect a medical facility to be.
An 8:00 AM appointment, was seen at 9:00 for 5-7 minutes, then waited another 45 minutes to pay my bill. I left around 10:00 AM or after.

Worst place to go. Took my mother and waited there the whole time they were open to close 8 hrs. Besides the dirty facility and lazy staff. The waiting room is so overbooked u will be standing. Ac is broke in waiting room but works in back. The staff acts so clueless and always there is one who knows everything and answers questions with the wrong answer. One girl was such a bully to staff made me uncomfortable to watch I had to walk out. Poor customer service, dirty office, and staff that tells different lies to cover up the lie that they told u before. After realizing this is a Medicaid office explained the poor service and cleanliness of office. All the money they make from the state is not used for cleaning or training staff to be professional. Good luck won't ever bring her here again. I feel like a bad daughter for bringing her here. I have to hit a star. But in my book they are minus ----5

Unbelievable! Was told to be here for 6:45 am.....it's now after 11:00 and still waiting to go back. At least 10 to 12 people have come and gone. Just because I have medicaid, it shouldn't take away from the care. This place is a joke... BEWARE.... do not come here

BEWARE stay away!!!!!! terrible place.. wish I would have read the reviews first... I would not have got screwed with a smile, rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had all my teeth out and dentures stuck in my mouth,if I had know how horrible these people are would have never gone there. Dentures are terrible dentists are rude and some of the staff. I have not been able to wear these things at all.I would never recommend them,,run,run far away...Have to give a rating one star and do not even deserve that..

They do the job but let's just say their dentures are really not that good. The dentist was not very nice. Unprofessional even. The staff though are extremely nice. However if you want after care if needed, this place does not do that at all. Once they close shop, you are on your own.
