Called Barbara, the receptionist, who was really rude and cannot resolve any issues. I wanted to talk to a technician or a boss to ask some questions about the AC unit replacement, but Barbara either did not know or refused to give out the contact information. She promptly hung up on me while I was still talking. Do not recommend this company AT ALL. They are rude, inefficient, and incompetent.
