Metro Flooring

This flooring company is horrible . I started this process in 9.2014. Even to today it is not complete. I am still waiting on the grey border to come in.

Here were my issues:

1- it took them over 9 times to get my floors correct. The first 4 were correcting the junk flooring they installed. I did pay over 10 k for this flooring on a 950 sq. ft. townhome.

2- Employees' broken my items and drank on the job. They broke multiple items of mine and just put them back thinking I wouldn't notice. I also found beer cans all around my home once they left. I was mainly at work while this work was being done.

3- they let me dogs out and then refused to catch them. I had to race home from work in tears as I thought they might go into traffic. I did tell them countless times not to go upstairs as the dogs were there.

4- out of spite as of course I did get mad about them letting my dogs out they installed Brown border on my gray hardwood laminate floors. Who does that ?!?! Its in plain view and of course looks terrible.

5- the toilet they removed and reinstalled is now leaking due to them not resealing it correct

You might save a bit using them but trust me go with a better provider as it is not worth the grief! Good luck :)

Skilled installers used quality material with beautiful results. I could not be more pleased.

I walked into the store last Saturday morning. Very nice looking materials, I had a flood in my home and needed help so I went ahead and gave these guys a chance. And for the price and customer service it was well worth it. I am having them do my carpet next throughout the rest of the house.

We had a flood and had been trying to get the insurance to repair it for months. These guys spoke to my insurance got the estimate finally approved by the insurance company and now our home is beautiful once again... Thank You Mazen & Kevin you guys were great!!!!!

Just this weekend I had Metro Flooring replace my flooring. They work so fast and they finished in a weekend what other's told me it would take a week. I am very pleased and recomend them to other's.

I used Metro Flooring right before they opened their showroom. They are extremely reasonable for the quality work that they performed at my house. I was only thinking my budget would allow me to put ceramic tile in my house but the prices over the other contractors was so good I used Travertine which helped my home value so much I sold the house and walked away with $75k profit so they are great and I definitely recomend calling them.
