This guy is cheat, I would recommend him to anyone.

We agreed for getting tiles done for my home, he took the measurements of floors, sent material and once work is done, he asked for more money as he needed more material.
That was outright cheating, material, work everything was included in the cost of contract.

He kept adding more and more for each material [cement, grout etc.] and asking for more money. I ended up paying almost USD 2000 more than the contract.

This place is amazing, not only they have the best customer service but tons of great products, we didnt know what to buy and Sam the manager was patience enough to sit down and hear my need and gave us different options on flooring, my house look amazing, Love it... I highly recommend it.

We purchased tile for the master bedroom and carpet for the second floor. We wanted tile that would look like wood and we found it for a good price. The carpet selection is very good and we found the color and texture we wanted. The installers were on time, courteous and diligent. The house has been transformed to a state better than we imagined. Overall it was a very good experience.

Recently I had an experience buying laminate flooring and related items from them. I bought extra boxes thinking that I might do three rooms. They told me I can return leftover unopened boxes with 10% restocking fees. I agreed and finally I finished two rooms in 7 days and decided to return 17 leftover boxes (19.6 sq. ft/box) along with padding and quarter round worth about $ 750.00. New I saw their real faces. They offered me $250 only in an extremely arrogant way and when I argued then both( i guess father and son) treated me bad and asked me to leave the office. I bought tiles from another vendor during the same time and they happily took unopened boxes back for full refund.
