Hankins Surveyors

In response to AnthonyWayne1964, sure i'd be pretty pleased too if i paid some random surveyor that's only been in business for 8 years $1000 to survey my lot and put it in my favor. I cannot believe someone who has this much property including parking for two and a garage would take a neighbors driveway that has probably been in place for 100 years. Definitely was there long before any of us. That means its "grandfathered" in and should not have been changed. I was parkin my Saturn there 6 years before Steve was even surveying in this town. It was nobodys business to do this but they did. I was shown no proof. When i asked this guy about the property line, i was told i'd need $10,000 To re-determine. How absurde. As a result, a cheap wire fence was put up and both my vehicles trapped in the yard. Don't let this happen to you.

I read reviews when searching for contractors or any business for that matter and I read this review but I also listen to what people are saying. I decided to listen to my friend as opposed to taking the word of one dissatisfied customer and am glad that I did. I had a small plot of land that I needed surveyed and I called Mr. Hankins. He was very helpful, new right where the property was, got the job done and in a timely manner and was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Mr. Hankins.
