The owner is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! The people that work for him are the only ones that have good attitudes, but seem to be a bit mistreated. Maybe Customer service classes will help. :) No star needed if it was optional.

Great place!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Only hvac store in Mid-South open on Saturdays.

Absolutely do not go to! They gave me the wrong part even though I told them 4 times which way I needed the motor to spin. Take it home, confirm its the wrong one and tried to take it back. They refused and expect me to give them another $150 bucks to get the right part so my ac will work. Because they gave me the wrong part! Avoid this place at all costs.
