I called this company since they were the one who install the unit in my house when i brought the home. I was having problem with the unit so i call the number left on the thermostat. anyways, this company have the most unprofessional in the field. they lied about the service that i would be getting and the price of the service. i had to pay upfront for a service that was not done yet. i had to pay for a part that was under warranty and when i try to cancel the transaction with them, they were trying to keep my money. i talk to the owner and he was telling me to shut up and just being down right nasty and rude. i would never in my life do business with this company again. i wish them nothing but failure.

I am with a rental company and Jones & Jones installed a unit on our property back in 2005. When I tried to place a work order, but I mistakenly gave my company instead of my name when asked, the owner Patty belittled me and told me I could do business else where, then hung up on me. When I called again to inquire why the rudeness, she implied I was an idiot and said they wouldn't help me, then hung up again. This is my first and only experience with this company, but after asking around the office, several agents have had similar experiences. What's worse than the customer service is the fact that this came from an OWNER!!!!
