MRC Roofing coated my roof 10 years ago with GACO silicone. It's still going strong. I'm glad that it doesn't need any maintenance coatings. The previous acrylic type of coatings like HydroStop always need maintenance coatings after a few years, but this ten-year-old silicone coating has the same thickness today as the day it was installed. Thank you MRC for the long life silicone you installed ten years ago on my house.

Hello, I just wanted to write a quick note to inform everyone about MRC Roofing. MRC has reroofed my house and my mother’s house over the last two years with new asphalt shingles. They worked with my insurance companies to provide the replacements due to wind damage and damage caused by termite tenting. They even provided new guttering and some painting where it was needed. I can’t recommend MRC high enough. My houses look great and there’s no more leaking. MRC even put me in contact with a great interior painter to remedy the water staining. We needed a new roof 26 years after MRC had last done our roof. We worked with Mark Hill to find a roof coating that would cool our house. He recommended a product called Permalock Metal roofing and a silicone coating for our flat roof. We have had the roof for 1 year and this summer has been nice and cool. MRC repaired our old roof eight years ago and just recently I needed some documentation concerning the roofing contract and warranty for that work. I called their office and guess what, they still had my file on hand and were able to provide me with the documentation that I needed within minutes. I bet most roofing companies in Hawaii couldn’t do that. Heck, I bet most roofing companies go out of business within five years and don’t keep any files. I’m so glad we chose MRC to coat our roof with silicone. We have been leak-free ever since, and our top floor stays a lot cooler than it previously was, since now the roof is reflective. Coating the roof also prevented us from having to perform a costly tear off and reroof. This was a major cost savings and has already paid for itself in lower energy costs. Another nice thing about the silicone is that it is easy to keep clean. The dirt and algae doesn’t stick to it. You can’t stop algae here in Hawaii but with a hose and a broom it comes right off.

I'm a property manager for an international warehousing corporation. We warehouse a lot of moisture sensitive products. Every time we buy a warehouse, build a warehouse, re-roof or repair a warehouse roof I call MRC Roofing. We don't trust any other roofing companies in the state of Hawaii. I have been burned by the other larger roofing companies, who are cheaper than MRC, but with MRC you get what you pay for, and that is QUALITY. If you want to hire the low-ball guys for your roofs, then go ahead. Then call MRC to come repair the other guy’s mistakes. Believe me, I've been through it. And by the way, most architects don't design warehouse roofs correctly. I swear, architects think they are the next Frank Lloyd Wight. Every warehouse I manage has a different roof design, from terrible internal gutter systems to flat roof ponding conditions. It's ridiculous. "Hey architects, quit trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to roofing!" Holy Moly. Call MRC if you need the big boys to help you design your roof. MRC are studs when it comes to design builds. Quit messing around and call them already. I know what I'm talking about.

Well Quarantine is boring. What should we do? I know, let’s replace the shoddy roof on our Airbnb in Hawaii. That should be fun. Good grief. Haha. Who’s the best roofer? I don’t know but MRC Roofing keeps popping up, so let’s call’em. We manage our Airbnb as much as possible and don’t rely much on property managers to make phone calls for us, so we choose contractors based on how well they communicate. We called a few roofers. Some didn’t answer the phone and some didn’t answer our questions. MRC was the best communicator out of the bunch, so that’s who we chose. Much to our delight, their field operation kept us in the loop as much as the salesman and office personnel. The whole operation went smooth from start to finish and the timing was perfect because we didn’t have any guests staying in our vacation house at the time until the day MRC was finished and we were able to have guests check in the day after they said they would be done with the roof. How awesome was that? I highly recommend MRC and put them on the Airbnb preferred contractors list for Oahu. Aloha!

MRC Roofing sure is RAD and helped me out. I live in South Dakota but I have a rental property on North Shore thats roof started leaking. They scheduled to go look at it the same day I called them! Wow! Jon, their salesman, took a bunch of high definition pictures and notes and sent me a free roof report and proposal to re-roof. Of course I was hoping that it would just be a small repair, but I guess my neglect of the roof over the years, and falling coconuts had done real damage. Jon even went in the attic and found some huge rats that had made a home in there. He gave me the number of a good and cheap exterminator kid just starting out as a rodent killer or something. My tenants no longer complain of rats in the attic. Now I have a new roof with a transferable NON-PRORATED warranty FOR THE NEXT FORTY YEARS! Some shingle factory in Oregon (Malarkey Roofing Products) now owns my roof for the next four decades. RAD! So if you're looking for a good roofing company and don't ever want to have to worry about your roof again. Call these guys. I did, and I just wish they did windows also. LOL.

I just had my roof redone by MRC. They provided me with a 50 year lifetime labor & material warranty, which means that the material manufacturer is now responsible for my roof if anything goes wrong with it due to material failure or workmanship issues. The manufacturer doesn't give this kind of warranty out to just anybody. They only give this warranty out to customers like me if the roof was installed by factory certified installers, which gives me peace of mind knowing my money was well spent.

I received three quotes for my reroofing job and MRC was the highest. I asked why they were higher than the other roofers and my salesman showed me the difference between the proposals. The other roofers were either using inferior nails or inferior underlayment or inferior drip edge...

If I were selling my house anytime soon, I would have went with the cheapest roofer, but i plan on keeping this house for a long time so i went with the best. If you are looking for a great roofer and want to have zero worries about your roof in the future, call MRC and at least get a free quote.

As a property investor on Oahu for 25 years, I have only ever used MRC Roofing to upgrade my roofs with transferable warranties and increase sales value to my properties. I've never had to call them back for workmanship issues. I always get compliments on my new roofs from my neighbors. Sometimes MRC helps out with interior water damage caused by the old roof and replace rotten lumber where its needed. I can't believe how fast they are and how they always leave my yard and driveway clean. They are always communicative and finish up before i realize it. Get at'em.
