very poor choice in staffing. rude and very disrespectful. i will never go there again.

I bought a Kawasaki 650R, brand new, as well as riding gear (Jacket, Arai helmet, gloves). I thought at the time the service during the purchase was pretty good. I also purchased the Kawasaki Warranty to make me feel a bit better about maintenance since I am new to motorcycling. A friend rode the bike home. I realized there was no manuals in the bike, nor did I recieve any. I called about it, they said they would send them along. I recieved paperwork from Kawasaki and the state some time later and my name was incorrect. Not a big deal I suppose it happens. I recieved paperwork from Kawasaki to 'upgrade' the warranty. The same one I had already bought and was listed on the invoice. The price for the warranty was SIGNIFICATNLY less. To the tune of a few hundred dollars less. I called them about it, they apologized and offered to do the break-in service for free. Nice, but at this point my trust in their pricing was completely shot. I recently was in to get a Kawasaki ZX-10. My sales person was Karl Luessen and he was fantastic, I recieved exceptional service from the sales and parts staff, and they had the best price on the bike by far over anyone else in the state, trust me I did my homework. Great service, great deals, great shop to buy from. A REAL motorcycle shop.
