I have been taking all 3 of my dogs here for more than 10 years now and let me tell you gays i love this place you are so friendly ,professional,welcoming and always do a great job on my babies ,you have and adorable and professional staff thank you soo much for always been there for us❤️💕♥️💋🐶💕💕

I am very disappointed with this place not only did they not find my dogs paper they were giving my dog the wrong food the whole three days i left him in the boarding service. My dog came back with a bleeding paw, i absolutely do not recommend this place at all for any type of service.

Sincerely I never write reviews about any business, but at this time I m very sad because I let my little puppy in very well conditions at this place for 3 days. When I went to pick up and I saw him. Omg, hi had an ugly bit, and they said oh it's a rash. Then a I had to go with puppy to the veterinary and he put medical care for a week. PLEASE don't let your pets a this place. There are not responsible and not professional.

Never again this place is nasty and insane, no responsable at all the employees are so rude and the dogs received very bad treatment.

0 stars for eternity !!! Unprofessional company and a scam This place is HORRIBLE ! THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR DOG. Do NOT even walk in to this place unless you want to pay an expensive vet bill. I took my dog here a week ago. Dropped of my dog for a full grooming at 9am and never got to pick my dog up till 5 pm. I got worried that by 1 pm i still did not recieve a called. I called the place on 12 th ave in hialeah 33014 and they told me my dog wasn't ready. I showed up at 4 pm and they told me my dog wasn't ready. I found it ridiculous that 5 hours had passed and no sign of my dog. At 5 pm when they finally called i went to pick up my dog and I realized my dog was pawing his eyes. I looked closely and I realized they had injured my dog's inner(outer ) corner eye skin . They SLIT my dogs eye . I couldn't believe the did this to my dog . I took my dog to the vet and they clearly confirmed this issue. Never take your dog here they have poor service and don't have patience to do a great job. MANY MANY MANY times they will change the prices on you and give you a lame excuse your dog is to big. ( PLEASE my dog is a maltese.) My dog has come back with a tick, uneven hair cuts AND scrapes a few times. They are so lazy they will immediately tell you they would shave off your pets hair if they have knots. My dog is clearly terrified of this place . They can screw themselves, they lose my as a customer.

The people that wrote the positive reviews must have personal connections with the owner of this place. Just look at the reviews in yelp for god’s sake!

I took my two healthy 8 and 17 pound dogs to get a lion haircut. When we asked for our dogs back we were presented with a completely shaved grey haired dog showing a red lump under his left eye. Freaked out we both asked the manager, what did you do to our dog?? He looked so much like my bigger dog that for a minute I thought it was him. He said that this was ours and that due to the amount of hair he had when we first brought him that we probably did not take notice. My wife told him he had blond hair and that he never had a “cherry eye”. He just went on unassuming responsibility until the kid working the front desk told him that he had given us the wrong dog. After this mess, he gave our dogs back, but then I realize he had charged us $45 per dog instead of our usual $35 fee. His excuse now was that since they are both over 20lbs that we should pay that much. My wife told him that in previous times we were charged $35 that both are under 20lbs and asked why we are being charged more. Again, he did not care and mentioned and changed his story saying that businesses have the right to charge according to their services. At this point we were so upset that we just paid $90 and left saying that we will never bring our dogs back. Naturally, this man did not show any sign of caring about our business. I left out so many other details about this horrible experience, but I know I cannot make this any longer. I just want other to think twice about going to this place. I can’t believe that such a cocky, self-centered, and unapologetic individual can be running such a business. We have never had such a horrible experience anywhere. Not only has this place lost our business but also of our family, friends, and neighbors. I urge you to stay away from this place!

My response to anastasiao. I just wanted to do an additional comment. I have been taking my pets to Las Tres Ye's for the last 15 years. The professional staff of groomers and the attention to the clients who use the, like myself for overnight stays, are exceptional. The comments of "anastasiao", appear to be of an ex employee or a competitor. I'm flabbergasted that a so called "groomer" can't take care of their own dogs and have to take them to another groomer. Makes you think of anastasiao's morbid intentions! I would't dream of taking my dogs to you anastasiao. If I were you I would not put my own name either, like you did. Make your own business from your own merits not by slamming a well established business. You are disgrace and I would never take my precious pets to you for groomer ever. Las Tres Ye are a professional and family business that can be trusted.

I usually do not write reviews or make any public comments, but I heard of a very negative review posted on Las Tres Ye Corp by a so called "anastasiao". This so called "anastasiao", which of course is not their real name appears to be a retaliation by an ex employee or a person that has another grooming business and is trying to steal business from Las Tres Ye. In any case these comments are absolutely not true. I'm in the business of reviewing and writing polices and procedures and auditing them to be sure they are followed and if not I have the duty to report. Notwithstanding this I would like to put forth my experience with this business. I have two beautiful full bread Boxers, the grandfather and grandson. My older dog, Tango, has a very nasty temper and no one would take care of him. I had a situation where I needed to leave the house for a couple of days and could not take my pets with me. Someone had told me of this place in Hialeah and I visited the l

place several times before I decided to leave my pets there, pets that have never left my side. The place was impeccably clean, I saw the groomers doing a marvelous job, their certifications were posted for everyone to see and review, which I did, its my business. I took my dogs in the morning, where I saw them cleaning and attending them, went in the afternoon and then at night, unannounced, and they were again cleaning, feeding, and taking them for a walk etc... My grumpy beautiful, Tango, was out taking a walk, when I got there, having his dinner with one of the employees, furthermore, I received pictures of him, since they knew I was worried, and he had a bandana on his neck and playing with them. Tango would not let anyone touch him so I was in shock. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and when I saw Tango's reaction I was relax, and anyone who knows dogs or claims to work with dogs they do not LIE! Anastasiao, move on honey, you sound ridiculously jealous of a successful business and a staff to marvel about. Oh and that comment about "AMERICANS" - I am an "AMERICAN" and I'm proud to be one and overjoyed with leaving my four legged family with "Las Tres Ye's." Dear foc's i have assisted this pet grooming over about 15 years and they are amazing.i could go out to my vactiones with my eye close because i knkw my dog is in a good place.i once left it there for about a week and she was such in a gokd care.they ever took her a bath free.i mean this place is awsome. the way there employees communicate there there clients, the way they treat us with patient its very awsome.Has you could see am nit an old lady i am just a women who found an awsome place and i am accepting it because they diserve to be known all iver the world.THank you guys for you serves i will be taking my dog on saturday has usual.thanj you onces again i am very thankful tk have you guys.Forever my #1petgrooming..♡♡♡

the comment the Anastasia left was i lie, i been there and they dont let ANYONE go back there, i take all 3 of my dogs there and i never had a problem with them. as soon as i walk in there someone there to help me out, with a smile on their face. i trust them so much that when i leave on vacation i leave them with them, they give them back to me feed and clean. so if your looking for a first class place i would recommend las tres ye

I went BEHIND THE SCENES at Las Tres Ye.



The groomers do not seem to be certified. There are no rules, policies, or regulations. Every dog is a NUMBER and they don't even write down their NAMES.



The RECEPTIONIST, who said multiple times out loud that he DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO GROOM, was put to work on dogs because of their lack of trained staff. This boy grabbed a dog by the back of the head, shook it and yelled in its face to "shut your mouth".



The groomers, some of which are the owners of the store, left the dogs unattended on their tables while they had lunch!!! YOUR DOGS CAN FALL AND CHOKE THEMSELVES HERE, PEOPLE!!!



The dogs have NO WATER in the kennels. It is VERY POORLY VENTILATED.



The grooming tools I was supplied with while inspecting were OLD, LOUD, and the blades even had missing teeth!!



The store owners said that they do not do any paperwork on the pets that come in, or write down what kind of haircut the pet parents want, because LEGAL DOCUMENTS and POLICIES/PROCEDURES are for AMERICANS!!!!!



I am SO disgusted by this entire facility.

Please, please take your pet somewhere else. These people have no professional training from what I can tell, at least not from any grooming school I have attended!



Este es el peor salón de preparación que he tenido el disgusto de la evaluación.



Los peluqueros no parecen ser certificado. No hay reglas o regulaciones. Cada perro es un NÚMERO y que ni siquiera escriben sus nombres.



La recepcionista, quien dijo varias veces en voz alta que él no sabe cómo peluquiar, se puso a trabajar en los perros debido a la falta de personal capacitado. Este muchacho agarró al perro por la parte posterior de la cabeza, la sacudió y le gritó en su cara que "se calle la boca".



Los peluqueros, incluyendo los dueños, dejaron los perros sin supervisión en sus mesas mientras almorzaban!

SUS PERROS puedan caerse y ahogarse aquí!



Los perros NO tienen tienen agua y el sitio tienen la ventilación MUY POBRE. No podía respirar.



Las herramientas de peluquiar que fue suministrado por mi inspección eran viejas, ruidoso, y los "blades" les faltaban los dientes!



Los dueños de las tiendas dijeron que ellos no hacen ningún documento sobre las mascotas por el tipo de corte de pelo que quieren, porque "los documentos legales y reglas son para los AMERICANOS!!!"



Estoy muy disgustada por toda esta instalación. Por favor, por favor, lleve a su mascota a otro lugar. Estas personas no tienen formación profesional, por lo que yo puedo decir, por lo menos ningúna escuela de peluquería de mascotas que yo e atendido.

The best dog grooming place in south Florida. I recommend it 5000000%. They are super professional and honest.
