Artistic Awning

November 2015 I hired Manuel for an awning. I opened permit and had him install. He has yet to get me the drawings required by the city and the fabric sample and fire rating. He would not make the awning go into the gutter that was installed.
I do not recommend using this contractor unless the whole job is done and permit approved before paying.
