Sad to say I am another Victim of Aquarius Builders/Aquarius Pool, Owners Felix Mesa and Ana Garcia ….. have been my worse nightmare they overcharge me and never finished the work, I had to finish my pool hiring other people. Another company had to do the plaster and another company had to come to install the heater. Check the Miami-Dade court website for dozens of lawsuits, from suppliers, customers and banks. At the beginning they will seem to be the best until they get your money they Will show up to work one day and disappear. They will give you all the excuses that can exist to get more money and then use your money.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they also have their contract written in a way they will use to get more money out of you like increase of prices on materials and say that you could be in breach of contract etc. so that initial price will not be your price to pay. When you hire and pool contractor, Please sign your pool contracts with a time frame of completion!!!. Time of essence is critical, Do not pay until work is done this is normally done by phase so when things are done then you pay but do not pay for services or materials ahead of time because this people will use your money they drive expensive vehicles. Don’t trust the word of Felix Mesa or Ana Garcia They will hang on to any excuse to delay the work. We all must Notify The city of where you live and make them aware of their shady business so they can deny every permit coming from this company in the future. Please reach out to me if you need any further information. I have reported this to DBPR and will make my city and neighbors aware of Aquarius. Please remember the names Aquarius, Felix Mesa and Ana Garcia and make sure you are not another victim, please advise your neighbors and family. And the best way to stop companies like this is reporting them to the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR)

I signed on July 17th, 2017. The pool has not been finished yet. I paid upfront $3,563.10 15% of the contract price, it was not until 10/17/2017 that this company applied for the permit. I never signed the permit application, someone forged my signature and a Notary Public sealed it. The permit was issued on 01/23/2018.
The first NOC was forged by someone, sealed by a Notary Public.
The work was supposed to be finished by the end of May, 2018; 3-4 months after permit was issued.
Bonding inspection was rejected, the company poured the concrete before asking for the required inspection, as a result of this mistake the pool has four holes; one on each wall, the four holes have to be sealed under the supervision of an engineer. Most of the inspections have been partially approved or rejected.
The company has sporadically abandoned the pool, last time they were in my house to work was May 1st, 2018.
I have paid $18,440.10 that represents 102% of the job value and approximately 80% of the contract price. From January 18th, 2018 to February 17th, 2018 I paid to the Company 14,876.80, I am still waiting on some materials and work that this money was intended for.
The company has failed to notify me of upcoming inspections or anything happening with the project. Due to such random inspections my front gate is closed. I asked Aquarius Building Inc. to notify me of upcoming inspections that I can make the necessary arrangements, these arrangements are only for inspections, Aquarius Building Inc has full access to the work place, they put my backyard fence down the first day when they started the work, the fence has been down for 7 months already, the company also knows how to open the front gate, they have been doing this since they started the project.
There was an inspection on March 2nd after that the next inspection was on May 15th, she did not notify me of the inspection, as I stated, they have full access to the site and they also know how to open the front gate.

For the past one was looking to built a new pool.
More than 6 companies came in and came out.
Until, Aquarius Building came in...
Truthful, honest, loyal and very professional.
No single complaint...

I hired this company to remodel my pool, driveway and pergola.
At, first it was hard to decided what design we wanted.
Aquarius was very patient, specially with my wife.
It took us two months to decided our design.
Our new pool is beautiful, more than what we expected to be

This is possibly the worst and most costly hire I've ever made. Ana Garcia is a con artist. Here are 7 several dbetter ways to use your money. Burn it. Use it as toilet paper. Use it as Joint paper. Pick up dog poop. Blow your nose. Throw it in the trash. Give it away.

I am a happy customer so I figured to navigate the internet and give a feedback with my experience. I am highly satisfied with the work performed and completed at my home, that being said I recommend AQUARIUS building to anyone who wants to deal with a professional contractor. Thank You Ana, Thank you Felix and Thanks to your team for making my dreamed pool come to live in my backyard. Your definetly hired for my second property pool construction which I am in the process of purchasing in the Kendall Area.
