        Overall

        I called for a repair on a broken window. Someone came out and took measurements and a deposit and a replacement window was to be ordered. On the day I expected them to come out and have it fixed, Steve called and informed me that the window hadn't been ordered and it would be 5 more days. He was very rude and unprofessional, and completely unconcerned that he was unable to fulfill what he had promised. This was a time sensitive matter that caused me considerable trouble rescheduling other appts. I would not recommend this company.
