Sunrise Hair Studio

I took my sister who was visiting from NZ. She wanted a colour and to straighten her hair out. I was told to come back because it would take a couple of hours, we showed up at 2.30. Pretty standard. I really regret leaving her there now. I returned at 4.30pm and she was not done. The lady said that she would be done at 5.30pm. So because my sister has long thick hair, I thought ok, sounds reasonable. I returned at 5.30pm. Not done yet. I waited. While my sis was in the chair, the lady gets on the phone, and said “I don’t know if I can make it on time or not, this is taking longer than what I thought it would”. When she was done at 6:15pm, it was shocking!!!! The worst I have ever seen!!! We rushed to Walmart and got a couple of boxes of Permanent Black dye, and re-did her whole hair. It took another 2 hours. I felt so bad, that I paid for the ‘so called’ experience. The lighting in there is bad, so we couldn’t see the dye left on her face. We got home and we were shocked!!! We went outside to the car, and not one minute later, she comes rushing out, obviously because she was late getting to her appointment in the Tri Cities. I paid $125.00 and then tipped $20.00. I did this because that’s what we are supposed to do. I tried to call the manager a couple of times and no one wanted to call me back. (They know why) By the way ladies, my sis also had the ‘privilege’ of listening to damaging gossip about someone’s marriage and who is having affair’s. Those names I will never mention, due to it being a small town, but she was disgusted!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER again. I would not have posted this if someone had just called me back with an apology and tried to make it right. I have permission from my sister to post the pics since she has left.

i went here wanting to do the ombre style and walked out regretting ever coming here. The lady who did my hair did a horrible horrible job. Halfway through working on my hair she told me this was her first time ever trying ombre. WTF y didnt u recommend someone else who had done that? My hair at the end wasn't one color, some parts were blonde, black, brown, orange n copper. She damage my hair so bad i had to go somewhere else have them chop of my hair to take all the damage out. Worst experience coming here for the 1st time.

Kathy and I (Denise) have been doing hair for over 25 years, We stay updated on the last styles and fix anything...that has to do with hair. Kathy is doing Hair Extensions and we also Facial Waxing, soon we will have a Facialist doing facials. We also have a Nail lady that is very good. come check us out. remember if you don't look good we don't look good.
