Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I have delt with them twice and have had awful experiences both times. The first time ended in the BBB handling the settlement and the second experience I am still waiting for the furniture to be shipped which is now 3 weeks late. My first purchase was a futon that came in with white overspray all over the wood and chips in the wood. The manager told me I shouldnt expect a perfect product when ordering furniture lol really? it took the BBB getting involved in order to get a refund after the reorder product was over a month late. My second order was a sofatable which I was told would arrive in 1 week, it has been 3 weeks and they said they expect it to be another month. I am regretful for giving this company a second chance. They received terrible reviews through groupon and those reviews were well deserved. I ordered a sofa from another company that arrived in 21 days, how could a sofa table take longer than that? Awful company!

Purchased two table sets from Decor on Broad Street on Oct 1. One was a kitchen table set that was in stock. I was able to take it home the next day. Easy assembly, sturdy, looks very nice. I am pleased with this purchase and the price. The other set was a coffee table and 2 end tables. This was ordered and still has not arrived. No one can tell me why the pieces are so delayed, just that my order was placed. One salesman did let me know that it should not have taken this long and is contacting the manufacturer. A previous salesman was no help, only saying that they don't know when items are shipped until they arrive at the store. The prices were very decent for both sets but waiting over 5 weeks for furniture was not what I expected. Not sure if I will be purchasing from here again if the item is not in stock. Salesmen were also a bit too laid back for my taste. Nice but not very professional in front of the customer.

The store was much bigger and nicer than expected. They had 20 plus mattresses. More options than I needed to find a comfy bed at a price that was in my budget. There was no uncomfortable haggling or nonsense. I liked the guys there and I would suggest this spot to anyone looking for furniture at a good price.

I have purchased my entire rec room from Decor Furniture. I was looking specifically for a queen sleep sofa with a matching full size sofa with reclining sides in LEATHER. This may sound simple but it is not, most mfg. do not have both of these options in leather. Not only did Decor find the furniture but they also suggested the color that would suit the decor along with accessories. I have found this store to be extremely knowledgable in what's available in the market while keeping quality at the forefront in dealing with the customer's budget. They have great furniture for the price! and the service is apparent that the customer is their biggest asset.

I have gotten several different pieces of furniture from Decor and they have been great. The service has been excellent when I had a problem, they immeadiately took care of replacing the item. Been very happy with the quality and value of what I gotten from them!
