I came in to get my windshield replaced. My windshield is difficult to find for a Toyota Tundra, and the one that was ordered did not fit. They found one right away, they explained the problem and drove out to get it. In the mean time, I had to run errands so they lent me a car to do that while I waited. They also gave me a discount for the trouble. They took care of me better than any car dealership I dealt with in the past, and they were very kind and helpful. Thank You VIP! I will recommend you to anyone.

I would like to thank Richard Perry and the personnel at VIP Autos for a good car buying experience. They showed me so many fine vehicles. But I was able to find the absolute " Perfect" vehicle for my Wife this week. The salesmen are not pushy and don't hound you as you walk their lot. Thank you to the salesman that convinced me to consider the "Hybrid". Hadn't thought about buying one before that test drive. After I drove it and sold myself on it, I brought my Wife back to try it.
We both love it and I am looking forward to many happy miles in it. Passing by fuel stations will be nice.

I bought a 2013 Nissan sentra from them and I thought it was a great car and all after two weeks of driving it the car was not that great. I thought I was getting 40mpg and I really only got 31pmg. That really disappointed me because I drive 200 miles a day. Sales guy pitch was really good and its a wonderfull car ect ect. only thing wrong was the rear bumper and supposedly was painted. Any how two weeks as of today I found out the hood is damage, speakers are blown, brakes squeak, Trunk panels are not put up correctly, and the car was not clean when I got it. sales guy said I will detail and fill up gas, that never happen. I brought the car back to Richard and showed him all the things wrong with the car and he said "Well this is a used car you bought" and When he was selling it "this is a great car really good" then he said to me no down payment and when I got there yes down payment . yes and no I don't get it. next time I will not go back I will stick with Mercedes. no problems.

VIP Autos are people pleasing people before and after the sell. We've bought our car from Rich and VIP Autos and have sent other people there and we've all been happy we did.

We were just going to look around, but with their extremely helpful service I came home with keys to my new car. Time cut in half compared to an ordinary dealer with a great deal!
