        My pipes froze along with many in Helena last winter. I called Clarks Plumbing. He came about 10 am and was here about 20 min max. Said my zone valve was bad and he had a replacement but had to get to another call and would be back. He returned at 5:00pm announcing he was now on double time. He went downstairs for about 30 min max. Came up and said the pipes were still frozen and unless I had lots of money he could not help me. He left me with no heat or water. I called another plumber the next morning and they came (two men) and worked for about 6 hours thawing the pipes and the water line. He told me the valve Clark put in was not a complete new valve and not acceptable . I called Clarks and had this plumber tell Clark what he was telling me. Clark became violent using horrible language. He charged me $800 for a bad value and left me with no heat or water that night. # Brothers charged me $1200 and gave me heat and water and were very professional. Clark Plumbing is not professional

        AMAZING! In a short call he had given me numbers of who could help me get ready for his work. He booked my appointment within a week (not an emergency issue). Very friendly and knowledgeable about my issue and home. I will always call Todd.
