        I had Big Sky install a propane wall furnace and a propane tankless hot water heater. The plumber was at my house every day on time, and stuck with the problem of not being able to get hot water, until the problem was solved to my satisfaction. Turns out, too much cold water was leaking into the line because of a defective shower mixer, so every outlet down the line was colder. I got new shower hardware also. This guy was very polite and patient, while answering all my questions. In all, a very positive experience for me.

        Will never use them again. All they wanted to do was sell me a new toilet. Stated my toilet was "bad" but couldn't explain as to how.

        Don't bother using them. They cost a lot, give poor advice, won't back their work up, and will only charge you more to fix their mistake. Pretty much sums it up.

        the estimater is a crook. they tried to plumb a simple bathroom and had trouble so they sent a bill for over $400 more than what the estimate was. I dont have much money and I am a women so they tried to take advantage of me. don't use them!
