Smith Construction flooring and remodeling LLC

Our experience was AWFUL and looks like a nightmare and they refuse to fix any of it. These are just a few bad parts. He left globs of grout, some tiles are missing grout,he didn't clean the grout off of the tiles,grout is cracking,and water pools at the back side and won't drain and tiles have come off and the tile work looks terrible....he and his son said all this is not a big deal and I could clean it and that showers normally pool they didn't say anything about the tile that have come off. We asked him originally about it and he said he was in a hurry because it was storming along with some other excuses. All this cost us around $5000.00 and was supposed to be "professionally" done. I should have known we were gonna have issues when he asked if one of the tiles he laid wrong on the wall would bother me if he left it that way or should he redo it! I gave one star for promptness because he was very prompt at getting my check and running to the bank with it but noticed the name I put on it was the old name and asked if I could bring another one while he was at the bank. So, you be the judge by looking at the pics of what we were left with and now have to pay thousands more to have it fixed.
