Valley Seamless Guttering

Called them 6 times, left messages, no-one has ever returned my call. Guess they have enough business that they do not need anymore? Oh well, on to the next contractor...

I referred this business to a coworker, she has already had her guttering installed, if I knew then how they treat repeat customers, I would have never referred them. Then I had storm damage to my seamless guttering (that they installed a few years ago) I left a message on their machine stating what I needed (you never get to talk to a live person) after two weeks someone called to let me know that someone would be in my area. A man did finally show up to give me an estimate on replacing the 40' piece of guttering, I was told that the only thing he would do is take pliers and pull the dent out, it wasn't worthwhile to him to replace the whole piece. Excuse me! I was the one paying for the replacement. I thought it was tough in this economy, evidently not, they weren't even interested in doing the job. I will never refer anyone else to them. Really I would only give them 1/2 a star., if any star at all.
