Verizon

As a business owner, i manage more than 15 cell phones, and verizon moved our rep to a different territory without sending me the new reps contact info nor did the new rep contact us. With that many lines, you always need direct help with something. I went into this store for a personal piece of equipment i was interested in, and told "Dominque" about what happened with our verizon rep,and she didn't hesitate to help me with all my needs when i need them, and she has stood true to her word. That was only a couple of weeks ago, and already she has assisted me with 3 different problems. She is very professional, and she knows her job. She also has a wonderful personality that makes working with her a plus! Please Verizon do not move her, unless its way up the ladder for her! I am sure she would let me know tho if she was getting moved unlike my last rep!

This place is not worth your time or energy. They don't live up to their word so please read all your paperwork before you buy or try to take something back. Their attitude is the worst customer service I have ever had when trying to return something. Everyone is nice and helpful when you are spending money but try taking something back and you get the third degree. They make up their own restock fees based on whatever they feel like charging that day. Verizon charges $35 no matter what phone you return. These people charged $75 for an iPhone and we were told $35 on a Note but then it became $50. Verizon cannot help you if you have an issue there because they aren't a real Verizon store so save yourself a lot of headache and go to University drive Verizon store. This is just an authorized dealer store and they can pretty much do whatever they want and laugh at your trouble in the process. If you read this and still continue to go there good luck to you. Go burn your money in a trash can it would be better than giving it to these folks.
