Master's Fence Co

Buyer beware! The new owner(s) are pretty sketchy. Only good part is that they were the lowest bid. Now we know why. Poor job done on my 15ft fence/gate project. Gate is skewed and doesn't fit properly. Owner refuses to meet with me at the project to discuss a solution... I just get lip service and excuses. Waited about 9 weeks, though they quoted ''as much as 6 weeks''. Didn't show up on days promised at least twice and never called to explain or apologize. Lousy/no communication or customer care. Can't recommend Masters Fence. I recommend you pay a little more a get what you pay for

I was about ready to use Master's Fence again. Rick installed a 30'x40' foot chain link fence, with dual ten foot gates and one 5 foot gate for me a couple of years ago. After I paid, I noticed some items were missed that we discussed. Rick's crew was out the next day and fixed everything, though they were not the same inexperienced crew that did a 2 star job the first time, including two other gates and posts. They drilled holes in the wrong spot and plugged them with ugly dowels. The second crew did not leave until I was completely satisfied. A gate was put n backwards and still is, the 1st crew had to be called back because they forgot to install a post and had to dig out wet concrete to install it. It was a good thing I caught it or it would have been a major problems. Two gate posts were put in temporarily, but could not hold the gate. They came back to fix it, but it was never done properly, though they tried. The list goes on, but I liked Rick and thought I would try him again, as he had started the large project.



I recently contacted them again to do the second stage of the project, and even went out to their new facility. They have almost all new personnel, including a new welder; not normally a good sign IMO. They lost my original drawing and I gave Rick a new one. He lost that too and did not get back to me for a month. I emailed him again with what I wanted done and sadly I never heard from him again. Master's used to be so professional. I don't know what happened.

These guys are great, Rick will make 100% sure you are happy with your fence! I had a small issue with 1 of my gate double doors and he came back twice to be sure it worked and I was happy! If I ever have need of another gate or fence I will call Masters every time! Anyone that needs a fence can rest assured he will do it right and it will be perfect every time!
