I am giving this business zero stars I only had to give one star because I am forced to save this post, I went in only for a polish thinking I would not have to wait for a simple polish change ( I brought a guest with me on that day). Only one person was ahead of me, keep in mind i only wanted a polish. Other nail spas in the past would take the simple jobs first. several other customers came in after an went right to chair. while the guest that was with me was taken for service immediatley I was still waiting, so I decided not to have a polish. This started an entire episode, the young girl at the salon who happens to be the owners daughter had twenty words for every one I had to say. I told her in a kind tone, I am okay with it so lets drop it and let my guest complete her service the young immature girl continued to talk about the situation out loud. I elected to ask for the manager to explain the situation to her, I was told, "this is not about my daughter this is about me running a business" she was as just as rude to me as her daughter was, she went on to tell me"not to come back, find somewhere else to go (as if I don't have options) and that her business would do just fine without my money". And as a cowardly move went on to speak about me in their language. How rude was that after she took the money for my guest services. I would advised everyone not to support this business because, they treat their customer like crap, especially their minority customers. Last and final thought if this was about running a business, a mananger/owner would take their employee to the back or pull them to the side to have a coaching opportunity to improve customer service. With the daughter continuing to tell everyone that "she said you skipped her" after I dropped the situation, really made me feel that she was trying to escalate a situaution for me to get out of character and for her parents to say nothing but to condone her actions says millions to me and I will never, ever, go back and I will tell everyone even the people I don't know of my experience and not to patronize this buisness. As a side note, this is why I patronize businesses that are registered with the BBB, my lesson learned.

Terrible customer service. I went in to get a full set. I had never had French tips done before so I decided to try it. Once the tips were glued on I decided I really didn't like it. I politely asked if I could get them taken off and if I could get something else, I would pay extra. Her response to me was an audible sigh and throws her hands down. She says she doesn't want to do that and proceeds to talk about me to her coworkers. I told her that if I am paying for this service then I want to get my nails done how I want them. She reluctantly removes the tips and leaves my nails looking dirty and looking horrible. I paid her $10 for the removal and even after I paid she says to her coworker how rude people are here. The woman I saw speaks good English and is the youngest female working at this salon the day I was there. If you want to be treated rudely and not get what you want then come to this salon.

NEVER go to this place. I have used them many times in the past. My partner and I would go in every 2 months and get mani's and pedi's, but this will never happen again. We went in today, and took a friend with us. Well, once we paid and we were getting ready to leave, the other 2 people in my party was not happy with their service. The polish on their toes, and their fingers were smudged, and there was 2 different colors used on the same hand even. when I complained about it, they said they would fix it. Well, they half way fixed it, and it still looked like crap, I explained to the owner that I was also a small business owner, and that when you operate a service type business that you should make sure that your customers were happy. I told her I felt that I should be refunded part of the money, because the service that was provided was not very good. and she flat out told me no, that she wouldn't give me any money back, and that I needed to deal with it. At this point I was very angry and told her to go screw herself. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT ANY SERVICE. THEY SUCK~

This was the worst service and...

This was the worst service and manicure i have EVER received. Lady was nice until my card was charged (1/2 way through) then spent the rest of the time on her cell phone. Charged me $58 for an $18 refill. When I asked the owner to make it right, she told me that even though she had record of me only getting a refill and I had my bank statement, she would not refund my money and did not offer to help in any way.
