I am from the Coast and I own a home in Hattiesburg. We have a 1991 heating and air conditioner and the fan quit blowing for the heater. Since the tempeture was falling below 30 f I needed to get someone out to the home to check it out. When you are from out of town it is hard to choose the right company. I looked under YP.Com and found that they were fairly close to the house. I went to their web site and they had a really good web site telling me they were certified. I was able to describe the problem and leave my information for them to get in touch with me. When I called them, they were very accomodating in making an appointment at a time I could be there. They were 15 min. early. It took about 45 min to find and fix the problem. The price was below what I had expected. When I am ready to replace the unit, I know who to call. They gave me a price on thee different units depending on the quality of each unit. All of this in less than an hour and I was on my way back to the Coast with the heat on. Great experience.
