China Star Chinese Takeout

About 95% takeout business. It can seat about 4 if you want to eat some before you take it home. The food is great, the price is right, and the service is great. I eat there about once a week. As far as food and price, I rate it the highest for Asian food in Harrisonburg.

Worst experience I have ever had with a take out restaurant. The last 3 times I have ordered I have not been happy. First time I asked for extra hot mustard and hot sauce. Got one or two. The second time I asked for extra hot sauce and ho...t mustard sauce, got none. lots of duck sauce and soy sauce which I told them they didnt need to bring because we didnt like it. 3rd time was not at all good. 45 min after order still no food. I live 5 mins. from them. Called and they said it was on the way. 1 hr. after initial order called again whoever answered the phone said driver was lost. He would make a new order and bring it. 30 min. later we had already locked doors because now it was 9:45, he calls wondering where we are. Keep in mind we are 5 mins. away. WE WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. There is another restaurant down the road we will use from now on. The food we finally got was underpar,asked for fried rice and got steamed rice and the food was not that good
