        Overall

        i had Eshenaurs in to replace stolen copper and steam radiators. Paul told me that the job would take 1 month to complete. the house was for sale and under contract. 4 months later they were still not done, water lines with no shut off valves, new radiators with 2x4 jammed under them to lift them up to hook up the steam line, steam line with no slope to them, you get the picture. And before this happened we purchased fuel oil from them, had the water line replaced from the street, new furnace installed, yearly service contract to clean the furnace. We thought we were a good customer. But after 4 months they were 15,000.00 richer and we very disappointed. i guess we didn't matter to them.
