Doug Fox and the people at Dodge City are absolutely the best! A couple of weeks ago we had car trouble on I-65 shortly before noon on a Saturday. We were fortunate however to pull off at the Hwy 69 South exit and find Dodge City still open.
After checking a transmission code, Doug said there wasn't much that could be done until Mon but insisted that we take his own vehicle back to Decatur so we could rent a car and continue on our vacation to Gulf Shores. He even called ahead to Hertz to reserve a car for us and then kept the shop open until we got back! The next week Doug then made sure the car got to a place where they could deal with a transmission failure.
Anyone who has traveled any amount knows how rare it is to encounter this kind of assistance while having a problem on the road. We can't say enough about the people at Dodge City and thank you again for all your kindness to us! Cullman is indeed fortunate to have a business establishment like this.

I trust them with all of our vehicles, no matter how big the job. The waiting area is the nicest in all of the Cullman area. It feels more like being in someones living room!

Dodge City has a new Sheriff in Town! Seriously, I have been going from Tire Store to Tire Store, but after having my car serviced at Dodge City Tire & Lube, I will be back for all of my car needs. Doug Fox opened under new management in June of 2010. With over 25 years under his belt, he has a top notch crew and very friendly office help.
