        I would give a negative but site will not allow.
        They work like Comcast. 3 hour window, then never show up. RUDE customer service. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH.

        Do not hire!

        The company was hired to eliminate dry wood termites, which at beginning had not done any damage to my floor. I chose this company because of the environmental factor. I did not want tent. What a mistake. I had them return at least four times to retreat because of the termite waste and floor damage that kept appearing. On one of the last visits supervisor admitted neglect upon initial inspection and retreated all affected areas again. Two months later more evidence of termites in same exact spot. Supervisor treated area again but this time the floor was so damaged that I now have a two inch by ¼ hole in my wood floor. Not to mention the 5 other spots that are eaten out. Owner came to inspect and in my opinion was extremely condescending. He told me there was no way the floor could have that kind of damage in one year, essentially calling me a liar. I have three people who could attest to the fact that this damage indeed was done in the last year. I was so angry that I asked him to leave. Not only did they not do the job they were hired to do, they continually made excuses why the termites were still there. Guess what. Had house inspected by different company. Has to be tented….
