Being able to go online to check on my next scheduled service and being notified on day of service when the tech will arrive; great communication. When I am at home the day of service the tech explains what exactly he is planning to apply and what the expected results should be. So far we are very happy with the service.

Our associate takes the time to explain what he's doing. It's not like some company that just throws something on your lawn and leaves. Feels like he really cares what my lawn looks like.

I’m no longer able to do the work myself and these two, advised me of what they are doing, the intended results and give me realistic expectations. I should have used True Green years ago! Like that we get notice when you're coming. Then the lawn person leaves a note on our door and we see the little sign in the yard. Our yard looks much better than it did, hopefully will be even better next year
