        We purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator December 2015, November 2016 neither the refrigerator or freezer are working. Called Lowes with our 5 year extended warranty on Friday. I was told that I would hear from someone regarding service scheduling on Saturday. Since I did not hear anything late morning I called again. I was told that Samsung was notified and I would hear by the end of the day on Monday. Bad enough that the product is already broken, but the service is unacceptable. How many people have a backup refrigerator. Will never purchase a major appliance from Lowes again. Stick with the small businesses that actually care.
