Scout Inspections

We were referred to Scout through a friend who had previously used him. His inspection was very thorough and we received the report the same evening. We definitely recommend using Scout Inspections as part of the home buying process!

After shopping around for a home inspection, I felt most comfortable talking with Jimmy at Scout Inspections. He was straight forward and showed me things around my house I never knew to look for. Great report on everything in the house, both good and bad. Pictures in the report made it really easy to understand what needed to be fixed. If I ever move, he'll be one of my first calls in buying another house. Do yourself a favor and don't close on a house without getting the inspection!!

We had Scout Inspections look at our potential new home as a recommendation from a friend. We're very glad we did. While it didn't change our mind in buying the home, Jimmy did find a few items that needed to be fixed (like a cracked water pipe under the house) and prepared us for a few other items that may need fixing in the near future (like some missing insulation in the attic). Quite possibly the best money spent in buying our house. Highly recommended in our book!
