        Kayla was pulling and ripping my daughter's curls when "combing" through it. She had s nasty attitude and said that this "type" of hair cuts down on her productivity.. When I politely confronted her and told her to stop working on my baby's hair, she got very nasty. Long story short, I contacted the owner who only apologized after asking me what I wanted, and said I would not tell her how to run her business, chuckled and hung up. It's a shame that they treat people that way especially kids. They kept making remarks about my daughter's curly hair (she's biracial)... This place is garbage.
