Dr Tavel Family Eye Care

I am not one that is very happy with Dr Tavel in Greenwood. They cannot get your order right,

(happened to me more than once), they cannot

keep the same staff more than 6 months,and

the staff they have now have been very rude to me in person and on the phone.

I will not go back.

Appointment was 4:15 & 4:30. Was not seen until 4:45 (no apologies or explanation) BUT... the worst part is this: My girls insurance is Medicaid. While we were waiting we were looking at frames. The attendant who helped me register KNEW it was Medicaid and was even showing us frames. After when we find we need glasses, and we get the ones we want, one of the attendants said did anyone tell you which frames you get? I said no. Didn't realize there was a difference (first time to use Medicaid). She said you get to choose from the black box over there. THEY WERE SHOWING US FRAMES AND NO ONE SAID A WORD! WHY WOULD YOU SHOW US FRAMES THAT YOU KNOW ARE NOT COVERED! WTH! I WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were embarrassed! I took the script and left.
