Overall

They are horrible company. I've never had a company charge a min of 25$ and when you ask them about it they say it is for their gas. When you have to read the meter every month yourself! They don't drive anywhere. Their bills have 3 different dates on them so you really have to study their bill. And this last month they got our bill wrong and charged us an extra 30$ If I could have them booted I would!

Overall

FRIGGIN JOKES! We paid $125 deposit to turn our water on when we moved out here. Since then we've had to put over $1,000 into unexpected car repairs and medical expenses. Because we are ONE DAY LATE on our TWENTY DOLLAR BILL they want us to pay another $130!! And they are COMPLETELY unwilling to work with us in any way, despite the fact that we are under some rather upsetting, unexpected, extenuating circumstances. What's worse, that $125 deposit we've already given them, which the "general manager" himself just stated was to be put towards what we owe them. We owe them $23. So, out of my $125 deposit, THEY still owe ME $102 of that deposit! But they won't discuss any of this with us. They keep hanging up the phone. SAD! We'll be contacting the local papers and an attourney... UPDATE: Our attorney and the Attorney General both agree that this company is very much in the wrong. Apparently, it's state law that they provide a 5 day written notice BEFORE disconnecting and the office manager told us over the phone this morning that they don't do that! We were advised that the only way to get our water back on right away was to write them a check for the amount they are demanding "under protest" and file and official claim with the Attorney General. We will eventually get our money back but it will take time. So, after I drove (45 minutes and having to take time out of my work day because they refused to take the payment over the phone) out there and handed them the check, they said "they would try to get it back on today". Nice...you'll "try" to do your job when it's convenient for you, but when you're ready to mess with somebody, there is no delay whatsoever! So, they sent somebody out to my house around 9:45am and by the time they left, still no running water. I know this because my wife heard them pulling away and went out to look at the meter box...the padlock they put on it yesterday had been removed...but they just didn't feel the need to turn it back on. When I called them AGAIN to ask why their man came out and didn't do anything but take the lock off, they told me it was because we failed to meet them out at the house when they came and it was now our responsibility to turn the water back on ourselves! And yet...my wife has been home all day...and they would have known that had they taken a second to knock on the dang door. Horrible management. Horrible customer service. All they care about is their money and if you cross them, they will do EVERYTHING THEY CAN to make life as difficult as possible for you. The county needs to shut these jokers down and take over the water business...
